- Valid Photo ID Proof (PAN / AADHAR) optional
- Caste Certificate (If Applicable)

2. You will be redrirected to dashboard.
3. Activate your account by verifying your email.
4. Fill up all the personal details (Part A)
5. Upload your photograph and signature (Part B).
6. Fill up all the education details (Part C)
7. Upload all documents which is mentioned in the Instructions section. (Part D)
8. Preview your application, if you need any modification, you can do it from the left panel of the dashboard.
9. Click final submit
10. You will be redirected to the dashboard from where you can download the application form.
